Successful Case
In recent years, we are proud to have been involved in several environmentally conscious projects. For instance, in the Nantou, Taiwan, the "Central Taiwan Innovation Campus MOEA". This building complies with the Taiwan Green building diamond grade standard and intelligent building standard. Designed by the Bio architecture Formosana (bioarch), this building incorporates metal glass curtains and aluminum expanded metal mesh as external sunshades. This design not only ensures natural daylighting but also effectively blocks solar radiation heat based on varying sunshade requirements. Its adaptable curves and densities seamlessly integrate the natural landscape into the building and employ smart green building design techniques.

Product Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
At Shang Kai Steel, we adhere to ISO 14044 and ISO 14040 standards and conduct a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for products such as expanded metal mesh at least every three years. LCA involves analyzing and evaluating the environmental impacts of a product at various stages, from raw material extraction, processing, manufacturing, transportation, use and final disposal.
