A collaborative effort between Bioarch Architects and Noiz Architects, this innovative facade effectively combines aesthetics with functionality. They not only strategically used expanded metal to allow natural light in, but also integrated 3,358 aluminum expanded metal sunshades.

These sunshades are ingeniously angled to block radiation and absorb heat, significantly reducing the building's interior temperatures. This design not only improves the building's thermal efficiency, but also contributes to its sleek, modern appearance.

In addition, the building incorporates a number of environmental design features, earning it the highest certification from the Green Building Mark. Bioarch Architects, known for its commitment to low-carbon and energy-efficient design, implemented a comprehensive strategy for this project, meeting all nine criteria of the EEWH rating system. This project is a testament to their commitment to sustainability and innovation in architecture.
